As a pivotal member of the Accounting & Finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the fixed asset ledger, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. Your role will also include evaluating accounting procedures and recommending improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial records and consolidate reports accurately
• Maintain fixed asset ledger, documenting all transactions
• Review and reconcile issues in asset sub-ledger
• Develop financial reports using advanced tools
• Handle CRA audit preparedness and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• 2 years of experience with Workday is preferred
• Expertise in MS Office; advanced Excel skills required
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
