Key Responsibilities: • Establish strategies and goals based on departmental feedback • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps • Analyze product performance using key metrics • Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals • Foster a Community of Practice for stakeholder collaboration

Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or related field • 6 years as a Project Manager/Product Manager • Agile Product Management Certification preferred • Strong analytical and presentation skills required • Experience with SuccessFactors and related platforms
