Responsibilities

  • Manage contract communications and modifications with Project Managers
  • Set up projects and maintain budgets in Deltek
  • Prepare and send final invoices for client billing
  • Research unbilled issues for optimizing revenues
  • Prepare variance reports for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Deltek software is an advantage
