Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and integrate them into the CRM system
• Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
• Configure the system, workflows, automation, and integrate it with third-party systems
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
• Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings
• Experience with integration tools and APIs
• Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Salary

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
