Our client is a fast-growing online retail business seeking an innovative and results-oriented E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, NG . This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work flexibility and essential in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement across various platforms. This includes managing SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve e-commerce sales and growth targets. Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions. Enhancing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Developing and executing social media marketing strategies to build community, engage customers, and promote products. Creating and managing email marketing campaigns , including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. Overseeing content creation for website, blog, social media, and other digital channels. Analyzing website traffic and campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, and providing actionable insights. Collaborating with the web development team to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize conversion rates. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in e-commerce. Managing the digital marketing budget effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the e-commerce sector. Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools is required. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
