Our client is looking for a highly organized and efficient E-commerce Fulfillment Manager to lead their remote operations. This fully remote role is critical for ensuring the smooth and timely processing of online orders, from inventory management to shipping and returns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in order fulfillment, optimizing warehouse operations (managed by third‑party logistics partners), and maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the e-commerce fulfillment strategy for a growing company, working remotely from Makurdi, Benue, NG, and ensuring our customers receive their orders efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong background in e‑commerce operations, supply chain management, or logistics
• Proven experience in managing fulfillment processes
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills
• Proficient in using e‑commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and WMS software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with vendors and logistics partners
