E-Commerce Growth Manager

Cherry Tree Beads is looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Growth Manager to drive online sales and improve website performance. This role focuses on increasing conversion rates, managing paid ads, and optimizing the overall customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Improve website conversion rate (CRO) and user experience
• Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Oversee email marketing (Klaviyo campaigns & flows)
• Analyze performance data (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
• Support product launches and promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in e-commerce growth
• Hands-on experience managing ads and improving conversion rates (CRO)
• Experience with platforms like BigCommerce or Shopify
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to execute quickly and test ideas

Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am-5pm
• Remote or In-person (Western NC)
