Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead their online sales and marketing efforts from their office in Bauchi, Bauchi, NG. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce marketing, a deep understanding of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase e-commerce sales and revenue.
- Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve target ROI.
- Oversee and enhance the company's social media presence, content strategy, and community engagement across various platforms.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights.
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Manage the e-commerce website's user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on growth hacking and digital strategy.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid social media and search engine marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of social media management and community building.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and testing new marketing approaches.
