About the role
E-commerce Marketing Lead
Join a global leader providing innovative solutions in healthcare, hospitality, and food sectors. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans focused on driving e-commerce sales growth. This position is based in the office (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize digital marketing strategies and optimization techniques to accelerate e-commerce sales growth. • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans aimed at increasing website traffic, enhancing sales conversions, and improving client retention rates. • Craft engaging brand storytelling and educational marketing campaigns that highlight product benefits. • Oversee digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media, email, and text messaging, as well as manage paid advertising campaigns on key marketplaces. • Analyze key performance metrics to assess business performance and generate detailed reports. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance website experience, merchandising strategies, and promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce Marketing, and/or Amazon marketplace. • Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google. • Strong campaign management skills. • Excellent communication and analytical abilities. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
What We Offer:
• Salary range: $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience. • Comprehensive benefits package, including 401K.
