About the role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive online sales and brand presence in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, NG . This hybrid role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to optimize the online customer journey, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement across all e-commerce channels. This includes managing paid advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce marketing strategies to achieve sales and growth targets. Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) and social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and abandoned cart sequences. Manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction. Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and campaign results using tools like Google Analytics. Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and conversion rates. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure a seamless and optimized online shopping experience. Manage product listing optimization and merchandising on the e-commerce platform. Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, product descriptions, and website copy. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI for all marketing activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role. Proven track record of successfully increasing online sales and driving customer acquisition. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing platforms. Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing content. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
