About the role
Our client is looking for a creative and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to spearhead their online sales growth and brand presence. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media engagement, and customer acquisition techniques within the e-commerce landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various online channels, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a data-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce trends and a proven ability to drive online traffic and conversions.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative e-commerce marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to achieve target CPA and ROAS. Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement to build a loyal customer base. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the web development team to improve user experience and conversion rates on the e-commerce platform. Identify and leverage emerging e-commerce and social media trends to stay ahead of the competition. Manage the marketing budget effectively and track campaign expenditures. Generate regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for senior management. Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings. Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong emphasis on growth hacking and social media management. Demonstrable experience in managing successful online advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads. Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing analytics tools. Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and content strategy. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in digital marketing. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus. This role involves a hybrid work arrangement, offering a balance between remote work flexibility and in-office collaboration in **Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, NG**.
