About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for product descriptions, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce trends.
- Manage the e-commerce website's user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement website enhancements and new features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key online partners, influencers, and media outlets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Lead and inspire a small team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on growth hacking and digital strategy.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing profitable online marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of website analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-oriented mindset.
