This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for optimizing the website experience across all markets while aligning with our global vision and localizing according to specific country/region needs.

Key Responsibilities
DTC Website Ownership (Shopify)
- Oversee the performance and user experience of WonderFold's Shopify storefront.
- Act as the primary steward of the site's structure, navigation, merchandising logic, and UX.
- Ensure the site reflects WonderFold's premium brand standards while maximizing commercial performance.
Merchandising & Conversion Optimization
- Develop and execute a merchandising strategy across key site areas including homepage and product pages.
- Continuously enhance conversion rates, average order value, and on-site engagement using data analysis and testing.
- Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to ensure effective storytelling and product education that drive conversions.
Product Detail Page (PDP) Excellence
- Set and maintain standards for Product Detail Pages including storytelling, feature hierarchy, and visual content.
- Ensure PDPs foster both brand education and purchase confidence.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Brand & Creative, Performance Marketing, and Product & Operations teams.
- Facilitate clear communication of business priorities into actionable site execution plans.
Roadmap & Testing Strategy
- Own the Shopify roadmap focused on feature enhancements and CRO initiatives.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts to continuously boost performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on key metrics including conversion rate, revenue, and engagement.
- Apply insights to recommend and prioritize site improvements.
- Communicate performance clearly to leadership with an action-oriented mindset.
Governance & Best Practices
- Establish and maintain best-in-class Shopify standards.
- Keep consistency across WonderFold brand sites while allowing for strategic differentiation.
- Stay updated on DTC, Shopify, and UX best practices and bring forward innovation.
Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce, with deep Shopify expertise.
- Proven experience managing a high-revenue Shopify storefront at a premium consumer brand.
- Strong background in merchandising and UX optimization.
- Data-driven mindset to translate insights into effective execution.
- Experience collaborating with Creative and Marketing teams.
- Comfortable operating autonomously and collaboratively across functions.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting: Prolonged periods while working on a computer.
- Computer Use: Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to use hands and fingers for typing and operating technological tools.
