E-Commerce Project Manager (m/w/d)
Abrio
About the role
About ABRIO
ABRIO is one of the leading digital commerce consultancies based in Frankfurt am Main. Our goal: to sustainably improve our clients' e-commerce world and create scalable successes – with modern technologies, smart approaches, and solutions that truly fit.
Your Role
Imagine it's your first day as an E-Commerce Project Manager (m/f/d) at ABRIO. You'll be warmly welcomed by a motivated and creative team. After a joint team lunch, you'll dive straight into the world of e-commerce – with exciting Shopify migration projects for leading brands in the D2C, B2C, and B2B sectors.
It quickly becomes clear: Here you can fully utilize your organizational skills and project management know-how. You are the central point of contact between clients, partners, and our internal teams – managing requirements, keeping an eye on deadlines, and ensuring projects go live cleanly and efficiently.
Sounds like your next step? Then read on – we're looking for exactly you.
What to Expect
- E-Commerce and Migration Projects: Your focus will be on taking over client projects in the area of shop migration across all project phases – from the initial requirements analysis through go-live to shop maintenance.
- Project Management and Coordination: As Project Owner, you will create detailed project plans, operationally manage and coordinate teams for project implementation (design and development), and ensure the quality of work results.
- Stakeholder Management: As the point of contact, you will engage in close and regular coordination with your clients, sharpen requirements, and manage realistic expectations through recurring reports.
- Process Optimization: You will ensure compliance with standards while simultaneously questioning the status quo to continuously optimize processes.
Your Profile
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation projects – ideally in software implementations – or have led similar change projects.
- You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; practical experience is more important to us than a Master's degree.
- You have already worked in an agile environment, are familiar with the methods, and ideally have initial experience in the functional leadership of project teams.
- You are proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and use them to efficiently design and optimize processes.
- You bring a structured and organized way of working, and project and stakeholder management are among your strengths.
- You enjoy working at interfaces, strategically deploy and manage resources from different teams – and act hands-on.
- You are eager for responsibility, present yourself confidently in client interactions, and act resiliently and solution-oriented – even when not everything goes according to plan.
Not yet a Shopify pro, but skilled in transformation projects? Perfect – we'll develop you into a Shopify expert. What matters is your passion for e-commerce and migration projects.
What We Offer
- Team Spirit You Can Experience: You actively contribute your experience and perspective and shape collaboration in an open, appreciative team. Regular team events strengthen the exchange.
