The Role

We are seeking an E Learning Architect to join our team in Hamilton. This role is responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective e-learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for e-learning courses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Implement and manage e-learning platforms and technologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E Learning Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
