As an integral part of the Project Management Team, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing tasks on site. You'll engage in contract negotiations, oversee subcontractor files, and ensure project schedules are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily project works through assigned tasks
• Plan and coordinate with project stakeholders effectively
• Manage technical issues in plans and specifications
• Prepare and analyze subcontractor files for efficiency
• Conduct quantity takeoffs for accurate cost estimation

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in engineering and construction methods
• Driver’s license required for site visits
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
• Ability to learn quickly in dynamic environments
