Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Campaigns Manager with extensive experience in SaaS platforms, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Account Engagement, and Salesforce CRM. In this role, you will lead the development and management of digital campaigns, automations, and website enhancements designed to drive consumer interest, facilitate conversions, and nurture customer relationships.
In collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, IT, and Commercial teams, your primary focus will be on enhancing user-facing site features, supporting campaign execution, and implementing automations to optimize the buyer journey. You will manage the daily presentation of products, images, and descriptions within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring our site reflects current goals and provides an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Campaign & Automation Management
- Develop, launch, and optimize engaging digital marketing campaigns using data from Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM.
- Create and manage campaign automations to effectively target, nurture, and convert customers throughout their buyer journey.
- Work in tandem with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and execute effective campaigns.
eCommerce Site Management
- Oversee product listings, images, descriptions, and on-site content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Continuously update site structure and imagery, reflecting product launches, seasonal trends, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to integrate SEO, paid media, and social campaigns to optimize digital sales and engagement.
Digital Experience & Customer Engagement
- Ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for customers on the eCommerce platform.
- Analyze customer feedback and site analytics to identify opportunities for website enhancements.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) for campaigns and site performance.
- Apply data insights to refine marketing tactics and improve digital touchpoints.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary regional contact for eCommerce, liaising with commercial, marketing, and product teams.
- Coordinate with IT and Marketing to enhance integrations and processes.
Process & Innovation
- Introduce innovative ideas to streamline workflows and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Salesforce platform advancements.
Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Account Engagement; proven success in managing campaigns and eCommerce sites.
- Experience in executing eCommerce and digital marketing strategies that generate leads, boost revenue, and enhance engagement.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging marketing and eCommerce data.
- Strong project management abilities: adept at handling multiple initiatives and collaborating across functions.
- Experience with digital marketing technologies (SEO, SEM, social media, mobile).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Desired Skills
- Master's Degree.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP is a plus.
