About the role

We are seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Operations Manager who blends technical expertise with creative vision. This role owns the company’s digital commerce ecosystem and ensures that systems, data, and brand storytelling work together seamlessly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.

Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform, representing approximately 90% of company revenue, along with FBM/FBA and Shopify channels. • Oversee ecommerce architecture, integrations, workflows, and platform performance. • Manage product creation, catalog accuracy, and ERP system integrations. • Drive continuous optimization through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. • Lead digital brand presentation, including photography, visual assets, and product content. • Ensure all content reflects an authentic, “raw and real” brand identity. • Manage online inventory strategy for 5,000+ SKUs in temperature-controlled environments. • Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to align digital strategy with business goals. • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for ecommerce systems and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements • 3–5+ years of hands-on ecommerce management experience. • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento). • Experience in food, beverage, or temperature-controlled/perishable goods environments. • Proven ability to manage large product catalogs (3,000+ SKUs). • Experience with ERP integrations and data management. • Demonstrated creative skills in digital content, photography, or visual storytelling. • Ability to provide examples of prior platforms and implementation partners. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership. • Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-focused. • Backgrounds limited to automotive or simple hard goods will not be considered.
