We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to own the revenue, profitability, and customer experience for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) flagship site. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will manage the full digital ecosystem—bridging the gap between creative storytelling and technical performance to drive sustainable growth.
You will be the architect of our digital roadmap, overseeing critical workstreams including lifecycle marketing, site merchandising, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Beyond strategy, you will serve as the primary lead for external creative and development partners, ensuring our brand vision is executed with technical precision and commercial efficiency. If you are a data-motivated leader who thrives at the intersection of user experience and bottom-line impact, we want you to scale our DTC presence.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly DTC performance metrics, including revenue, contribution margin, conversion rate, and Average Order Value (AOV).
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automated flows, including segmentation, testing, and reporting.
- Manage site merchandising, landing pages, promotional bundles, and subscription initiatives while leading CRO testing.
- Oversee the Shopify development roadmap by prioritizing backlogs, performing QA on releases, and managing external agencies.
- Execute SEO and AI-search visibility strategies across technical hygiene, internal linking, and product page optimization.
- Direct affiliate, influencer, and social programs either directly or through outside partners.
- Produce regular reporting with actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and vendor spend.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience managing a Shopify-based DTC storefront.
- Deep proficiency in executing email marketing and automation within Klaviyo.
- Advanced skills in GA4, Shopify analytics, Excel, and various data reporting/dashboarding tools.
- Strong practical knowledge of site merchandising, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and technical SEO.
- Proven ability to manage external design and development partners effectively.
