Position Overview
Join us as an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving eCommerce success through Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Account Engagement, and Salesforce CRM. Your focus will be on creating and managing impactful digital campaigns, automations, and website enhancements that will enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and strengthen our customer relationships.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Management, IT, and Commercial teams to enhance user-facing site features, support campaign execution, and utilize automations to streamline buyer journeys. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of product listings, images, and descriptions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring our site showcases our top priorities and enhances the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns utilizing Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM data.
- Develop and manage campaign automations to effectively nurture and convert customers at every stage of the buyer journey.
- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and execute campaigns.
Ecommerce Site Management
- Oversee product listings, images, descriptions, and onsite content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Implement ongoing updates to site structure and visuals driven by product launches and seasonal coaching.
- Partner with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to integrate SEO, paid media, and social strategies to maximize digital sales and engagement.
Digital Experience & Customer Engagement
- Ensure the eCommerce platform delivers a seamless and intuitive shopping experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and site analytics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (traffic, engagement, conversion) for campaigns and site performance.
- Apply data insights to refine marketing tactics and enhance digital touchpoints.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the key regional contact for eCommerce initiatives, supporting commercial, marketing, and product teams.
- Work with IT and Marketing to facilitate integrations and process improvements.
Process & Innovation
- Introduce new ideas to improve workflows, automate tasks, and enhance campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Salesforce platform developments.
Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Account Engagement, showcasing your capability in managing campaigns and eCommerce sites.
- Proven track record in executing eCommerce and digital marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on marketing and eCommerce data.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives while collaborating across teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing technologies including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and SAP systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Desired Skills
- Master's Degree.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP systems is a plus.
