Ecommerce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, update, and maintain Product Detail Pages (PDPs) end‑to‑end across eCommerce platforms
• Create accurate, customer‑friendly, and brand‑aligned product titles, descriptions, elevated copy, and attribute content
• Manage and maintain product data within internal systems and PIM tools (e.g., Syndigo) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Source, organize, and publish product images, video, and enhanced content from vendors and internal partners
• Partner cross‑functionally with Buying, Category Merchandising, and vendors to gather product data and confirm assortment priorities
• Own workflows required to get products live on the site, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and content streams
• Participate in quality assurance (QA) to validate accuracy, completeness, and on‑site presentation; troubleshoot content and display issues
• Review performance data (content engagement, video performance, customer feedback) and make informed updates or recommendations to improve PDP performance
• Recommend and support process improvements and automation initiatives, including AI and Alteryx workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related) or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, product setup, digital merchandising, content operations, or a related field
• Strong passion and deep knowledge in at least one of these areas: NHL, NFL, Golf, Baseball, Softball, Recreational/Team Sports, Apparel, or Accessories
• Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems
• Experience using Photoshop or similar tools
• Familiarity with Alteryx workflows or similar data tools
• Basic understanding of HTML for product copy translation
• Prior experience supporting retail, eCommerce, or digital product catalogs
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy
• Ability to communicate and partner cross‑functionally across multiple teams
