ECU platform manager

About

As an ECU platform manager (all genders) you will hold overall responsibility for the achievement of project goals in an international development and industrialization network: from support in the acquisition phase to support in ongoing series production.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quality, costs, time and customer satisfaction goals for your ECU platform.
• Be the main contact person for control units (ECU) for our management, development, supplier selection, supplier development, industrialization, start of production and within series production.
• Hold process responsibility for 'lessons learned', change management (AEMA), product validation planning and approval.
• Monitor and drive optimization of our ECU manufacturing together with the supplier quality management and industrialization teams.
• Confidently drive the optimisation of our product and processes.

Requirements

• You have a degree in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
• You bring several years of experience in international project management and industrialization, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge about the ISO 26262 and safety-related components are also necessary.
• Experiences in the (hardware-) development of electronics or electromechanical products are helpful.
• You are an enthusiastic, strong communicator and enjoy international travels (20 %).
• Your English is very good and ideally you speak German on a professional level.
