About the Role
- Recruiting on behalf of a well‑regarded law firm for a Litigation Practice Support Project Manager to serve as the team lead for eDiscovery matters across the full EDRM cycle.
- Partner closely with case teams and clients to develop strategies for collection, processing, review, and production.
- Leverage both in‑house tools and trusted third‑party vendors to deliver efficient, cost‑effective solutions.
- Hybrid position (1 day per week on‑site).
- Requires critical thinking, the ability to work autonomously, and composure in fast‑moving environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Primary contact for discovery matters across multiple simultaneous cases.
- Develop methodologies and cost estimates for working with client data.
- Support all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle from scoping through production.
- Ensure productions conform to ESI Discovery Orders with proper vetting, redactions, and encryption.
- Build and maintain relationships with third‑party service providers.
- Monitor matters proactively and communicate regular status updates to case teams.
- Document and continuously improve defensible workflows across preservation, collections, and productions.
- Train attorneys and staff on litigation technologies as needed.
- Stay current on eDiscovery case law, AI trends, and emerging data sources.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience managing projects independently.
- Relativity Server administration required; RelativityOne a plus.
- Knowledge of collection methodologies including forensics, ESI, and document review.
- Familiarity with litigation‑centric applications, including case management and transcript tools.
- Trial support experience and eDiscovery/PM certifications preferred.
- Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Team player who takes ownership and builds trust at all levels of the firm.
