Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a legal services organization to identify an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to support complex, high-volume litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident making decisions independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, including collection, processing, review, and production of ESI
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case status updates and managing expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects
  • Oversee document review projects in RelativityOne, including batching, workflow management, reviewer tracking, and performance metrics
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools, including TAR and other machine learning technologies, to optimize review efficiency
  • Perform quality control at all stages of the EDRM to ensure accuracy, defensibility, and compliance with client specifications
  • Coordinate secure data transfers using SFTP, ShareFile, Media Shuttle, and similar tools while maintaining chain of custody
  • Create and manage productions, exports, and deliverables in accordance with client requirements
  • Track, document, and manage multiple eDiscovery requests simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Provide end-user support and training on eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity and other review tools
  • Take initiative in managing workflows and making informed decisions to keep projects moving forward, even in the absence of direct oversight

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or project management (law firm or vendor environment preferred)
  • Strong, hands-on experience with RelativityOne, including review management, TAR, and reporting (no training available for this tool)
  • Proven client-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally
  • Deep understanding of the EDRM lifecycle and litigation workflows
  • Experience managing large-scale document reviews and enterprise-level data collections preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and quality control
  • Experience with reporting, including tracking metrics and providing client-ready updates on case progress
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of decision-making
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Adobe Acrobat, SFTP platforms, and other eDiscovery technologies
  • Experience with additional platforms such as Disco, Everlaw, or IPRO is a plus
  • Project management or eDiscovery certifications are a plus, but not required
