Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a Data Analyst, which will play a critical role in generating real‑time insights into learner growth, pilot projects, and system impact.

About the Role

The Data Analyst designs and manages data systems, analyze research outcomes, and produce evidence‑based reports that inform strategic decisions. Working as a Data Analyst, the role involves developing and maintaining data frameworks, tools, and dashboards for research and pilot projects while ensuring accurate, timely, and ethical collection and management of quantitative and qualitative data. Responsibilities includes conducting statistical analysis, identifying patterns, and translating findings into actionable insights. The role will also prepare clear visualizations and reports for leadership, internal teams, and stakeholders. Collaboration with educators, researchers, and external partners will be essential to integrate data into innovation processes. The role will further support evaluation of pilot projects, including baseline measures and impact assessments, while staying current with best practices in educational data analytics and learning sciences.

About You

The ideal Data Analyst will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, Psychology, or a related field. The candidate should have two to four years of experience in data analysis, preferably within education, social sciences, or innovation sectors. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python, or SPSS is required, along with experience using dashboard and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Demonstrating the ability to communicate complex data insights to non‑technical audiences and possess knowledge of ethical data collection and safeguarding practices are essential for the role.
