They are seeking a motivated and experienced E/E-Product Security Engineer to build and develop E/E-Product-Security activities at vehicle, system, and infrastructure levels within the IT team in the Finance & Controlling division.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and development of cybersecurity requirements in E/E systems, software, and vehicle architecture
  • Collaborate on CSMS and SUMS relevant activities related to homologation, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct and maintain risk analyses, especially TARA, vulnerability assessments, and tracking of measures
  • Identify, evaluate, and track cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support definition, implementation, and documentation of technical and organizational security measures
  • Assist integration of cybersecurity into development, design, change, and release processes
  • Continuously monitor threat landscape and coordinate relevant information with internal and external parties
  • Support incident, vulnerability, and supplier security management
  • Participate in evaluation of suppliers, components, and E/E interfaces regarding cybersecurity
  • Assist planning, preparation, and execution of internal and external security audits
  • Further develop, automate, and optimize existing tools, templates, and processes
  • Contribute ideas for strategic development of the product security landscape at HESS

Requirements

  • Completed basic IT education
  • Knowledge in handling security risks in E/E architecture
  • Professional experience in programming
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Independent working style and strong analytical thinking
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good communication skills
