As the Tunnels & Elevated Guideway Construction Manager, you will drive large-scale rail infrastructure efforts, ensuring efficient coordination across multiple work fronts. This role requires leadership in managing all tunnelling and elevated guideway activities while overseeing compliance with safety standards. You will influence project success while addressing design challenges and stakeholder engagement in urban environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage tunnelling and guideway construction activities
• Oversee daily field operations and compliance
• Ensure effective construction sequencing and productivity
• Coordinate with station and utility construction efforts
• Champion safety culture in high-risk work areas

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in tunnelling and elevated construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and systems
• Proven experience in design-build and P3 environments
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
