Egypt-based Recruiter/Headhunter for Senior Accounting Professional Placement

I am looking to hire an Egypt-based recruiter or headhunter to actively support placing a senior-level accounting professional into a role in Cairo.

IMPORTANT: Only Egypt-based recruiters will be considered. Please do not apply if you do not have direct recruiting experience and connections within Egypt.

This is NOT a job application task. I am specifically looking for someone who can go beyond applying to jobs and instead leverage their network, reach out to hiring managers, and help secure interviews through direct connections and referrals.

The candidate has over 15 years of experience with a background that includes accounting, procurement, and financial operations within construction and industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant accounting and finance roles in Cairo
• Leverage personal network and connections within Egypt
• Reach out directly to hiring managers, companies, and recruiters
• Actively push the candidate forward for opportunities
• Help secure interviews through outreach and referrals

Requirements:

• Must have direct experience recruiting within Egypt
• Must have existing connections with hiring managers or companies in relevant industries (accounting, finance, construction, supply chain)
• Must be able to demonstrate past placements or roles you have helped fill in Egypt

Please include in your proposal:

• Specific examples of roles you have helped fill in Egypt
• Industries or companies you have worked with
• How you typically connect candidates to hiring managers

Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate direct relationships with hiring managers or prior successful placements in Egypt.

This is a fixed-fee project. Please outline what you will deliver within the scope (e.g., outreach, introductions, interviews secured).
