PV Electrical Construction Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

The PV Electrical Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of all electrical aspects of a photovoltaic power plant construction project. This role ensures that electrical installation activities are carried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with design specifications, electrical codes, and quality standards. Especially understand the IEC and Eskom standards, and should have experience working with Eskom

• Pre-construction planning&Coordination( Subs and Eskom)
• Inspect the Method Statement and RAMs, understand, and can draft as well
• On-site construction execution&Supervision, especially Progress
• Quality control (QC)
• HSE
• Project Management&Administration
• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
• Obey the project management team

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Must be registered with ECSA OR SACPCMP
• Must have experience working with Eskom
