Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract administration, including change orders, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project contracts and engage with all stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure that all necessary permits are secured and subcontractor insurance coverage is verified.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings to synchronize work activities and enhance alignment.
• Mentor, train, and nurture the development of team members.
• Prepare and deliver monthly project status reports on priorities, risks, and critical issues.
• Track project schedules, set deadlines, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the project close-out process, including the turnover of operational manuals, warranties, and final documentation.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and design teams.
• Promote and uphold a culture of safety on all job sites.
• Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposals and presentations.
• Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years of experience in leading and developing teams.
• Thorough understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial facets of construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Highly adept at building and negotiating relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $105K - $130K (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on various factors).
