Electrical Designer (EPLAN)

Duties

• Development of control concepts for Automation systems based on RFQ’s.
• Develop detailed bill of materials from control concepts.
• Document the control concept in E-Plan software.
• Continually improve design philosophy based on international and local electrical standards.
• Apply electrical principals to ensure sound operation of company projects.

Requirements

• Matric
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) advantageous
• 3 + Years’ experience in E-Plan version 8
• Strong understanding of electrical processes and knowledge of SANS 10142
• Electrical panel building skills
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Driver’s License and own transport essential
• Flexible and able to work overtime on short notice
