Job Summary • We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the manufacturing sector to join our dynamic team in Sagamu. • The successful candidate will bring over 9 years of hands-on experience, proven technical expertise, and demonstrated leadership skills to oversee electrical systems, drive efficiency, and lead a team of engineers toward achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities / Job Functions • Lead and supervise a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems within the manufacturing facility. • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment and machinery. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production output. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, production, quality assurance, to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Drive innovation in energy efficiency and sustainable electrical engineering practices. • Prepare technical reports, project proposals, and documentation for management and regulatory review.

Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree is an added advantage). • Minimum of 9 years of experience in electrical engineering within the manufacturing industry. • Professional engineering certification or membership in relevant engineering bodies is an added advantage. • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with proven ability to supervise and motivate a team. • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, industrial automation, and PLCs. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary N450,000 - N500,000 per month.
