What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform power system studies and prepare reports using ETAP, SKM, and PSCAD while collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams
• Develop project proposals, including defining scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project execution to ensure milestones are met and provide regular updates to team members and clients
• Mentor and support the growth and development of less-experienced staff members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to foster collaboration and a positive team culture

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience related to power delivery and engineering responsibilities
• Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, laws, and regulations
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain within one year
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word

How to Stand Out (Qualifications)

• 10+ years of experience at a consulting engineering firm, electric utility, or industrial company
• Background in PLC and HMI programming and commissioning
• Experience with electrical installations in hazardous areas
