Description

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and at a high standard. • Design and develop electrical systems such as control panels, renewable energy protection systems, and data center power configurations in compliance with UL and ISO requirements. • Translate customer specifications into practical, manufacturable solutions by working closely with production, quality, and sales teams. • Prepare and review CAD drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation for both proposals and production. • Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost performance. • Maintain accurate engineering documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and design records. • Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and technical evaluations throughout the product lifecycle. • Manage engineering workflows, priorities, and resources to align with business and customer commitments. • Support product testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. • Act as a technical liaison with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders when needed.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master's preferred). • At least 7 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment. • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and UL standards (UL508A, UL891, UL687A, UL98B), along with ISO9001 practices. • Experience designing automation control systems and/or renewable energy electrical systems. • Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation products is preferred. • Familiarity with data center electrical systems is a plus. • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as EPICOR is beneficial. •
