Electrical Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical engineering team. This role is responsible for overseeing design, development, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and projects, ensuring technical excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians

• Oversee electrical design, project planning, and execution

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations

• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and operations

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation

• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Experience in electrical engineering, with experience in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of power systems, control systems, and industrial electrical design

• Experience managing large-scale engineering projects

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, etc.)
