Senior-level Electrical Engineering leadership opportunity with a confidential EPC / engineering organization supporting major power generation and heavy industrial projects across the U.S.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys staying technically involved while also leading engineering teams and supporting complex project execution from design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Electrical engineering design and technical oversight
• Power systems studies and analysis
• Leading multidisciplinary engineering efforts
• Supporting large industrial and generation projects
• Mentoring engineers and reviewing deliverables
• Client, vendor, and project coordination

Ideal Experience

• Power Generation, Heavy Industrial, Oil & Gas, LNG, or EPC environments
• ETAP studies including arc flash, short circuit, coordination, and voltage drop analysis
• Switchgear, MCCs, transformers, UPS/DC systems
• Single-line diagrams, schematics, grounding, and raceway design
• Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a discipline lead

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• PE license
• 8+ years of relevant engineering design experience
• Strong understanding of industrial power systems and project execution
