Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services (www.protecnium.com/en). We are currently looking for a Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team for a Heavy Civil Construction Project in Norfolk, Virginia.

The Electrical Engineering Manager lead and coordinate all electrical works related to tunnel systems, temporary works, plant installations and associated infrastructure.

• Project: Heavy Civil Construction Project.
• Estimated duration of the position: 1 year- In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design coordination.
• Subcontractor supervision.
• Installation oversight.
• Compliance with NEC & project specs.
• Interface with operations and construction teams.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Flexibility required.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Planning, coordination, and management of electrical systems.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented.
