Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers, designers, and support staff while serving as the technical authority for electrical deliverables.
• Collaborate across disciplines and with project management to deliver multi-discipline projects from concept through execution.
• Mentor team members, maintain and improve departmental standards and workflows, and support client engagement and business development efforts.
• Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Background supporting industrial or heavy manufacturing projects.
• Proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
