Recrutis is supporting an industrial reference in Switzerland in the search for an Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager to lead pharma and biotech investment projects from concept design to GMP commissioning.

This role is end-to-end E&I project ownership on Swiss pharma sites — not a fixed-spec design role, not an OEM-side mission with delegated execution.

• Languages: English C1 mandatory; French or German B2 strongly preferred

Scope

• Lead E&I projects on pharma, biotech, or process industry sites
• Technical specifications, tender packages, contractor negotiation
• Cross-trade coordination (process, automation, HVAC, mechanical)
• Construction supervision, commissioning, and GMP qualification
• Application of Swiss standards (SIA 108, NIBT, OIBT) and GMP guidelines

Required criteria

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial E&I project management
• Working knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA 108, NIBT, OIBT)
• Direct practice of commissioning and GMP qualification
• English C1 mandatory, with French or German B2+ for site interactions

Differentiating strengths

• Experience in pharma, biotech, or regulated process industries
• Practice of CQV and IQ/OQ/PQ phases
• Engineering or design office background
• Multi-site coordination experience
