Electrical Project Engineer - Panels & PLC

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Establish and manage detailed project schedules
• Review and control client drawings, documentation, and technical requirements
• Track progress, manage budgets, and control scope changes
• Expedite activities to ensure delivery against schedule

Procurement

• Prepare and evaluate procurement packages
• Obtain and assess supplier quotations
• Approve orders and expedite delivery of materials
• Ensure correct interfaces and interconnections between components

Administration & Coordination

• Reserve workshop production slots
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation control
• Compile project databooks for quality inspections and FAT
• Manage project records, reports, and photographic documentation
• Provide regular project updates to management

Education

• Diploma, BTech, or BEng in Electrical Engineering

Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years’ experience in electrical project execution
• Background in panel building and electrical suppliers environment
• Strong understanding of electrical installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficient in project management tools and documentation control
