Job Description
- Responsible for managing commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Manage electrical construction projects through full lifecycle.
- Coordinate with estimating, field teams, and general contractors.
- Review drawings, contracts, and project schedules.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Track budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare billings and participate in WIP meetings.
- Conduct jobsite visits and monitor milestones.
- Complete project closeout documentation.
- Commercial electrical project management experience.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
