Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electrical Recruiter to join our team. In this vital role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and hiring skilled electrical professionals to support our ongoing projects. Your expertise in recruiting strategies, talent management, and relationship building will ensure we attract top-tier candidates who align with our company’s standards and values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified electrical candidates across various channels, including social media management and cold calling.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on employment & labor law compliance.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives through social media platforms and community outreach to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist with employee evaluation processes to support onboarding and retention.

Requirements

  • At least three years of managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process preferred.
  • Highschool Diploma/ GED
  • Preferred but not required Commercial Electrical Experience and/or Journeyman
  • Preferred but not required Bilingual

Pay

Up to $70,000.00 per year
