Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Electro Mechanical Engineer to join our team. Based in North Rhine-Westfalia, this hybrid role allows flexibility for working both on-site and remotely. The engineer will be responsible for designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electromechanical systems for our driverless shuttles and loading terminals. Key tasks include integrating electrical and mechanical components, conducting system analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of system design and power systems.
• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on the integration of mechanical systems and components.
• Experience in Electromechanics, including working on systems that combine electrical and mechanical functionalities.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for solving complex technical challenges and performing detailed system evaluations.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in industrial automation or transportation systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
