This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining hardware, software, and manufacturing support. You’ll be responsible for building test systems, troubleshooting issues on the production floor, and improving product quality and efficiency.

Full‑time | W2 | M-F 8am- 5pm | On site Audubon PA

Must be authorized to work. US Citizen or Green Card holder

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar
  • ~5+ years of experience with automated test systems in manufacturing
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills (hardware + system-level debugging)
  • Experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, DAQ, etc.)
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and BOMs
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Must be authorized to work. US Citizen or Green Card holder

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with LabVIEW and/or TestStand
  • Familiarity with PXI systems or NI hardware
  • Programming experience in C# (.NET)
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis/reporting
  • Background in regulated industries (medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
  • Knowledge of V&V processes and compliance standards

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop automated electro-mechanical test systems (hardware + software)
  • Define and implement test strategies from PCBA to final product testing
  • Perform verification and validation (V&V) activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Troubleshoot production test failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Support manufacturing and suppliers to improve first pass yield (FPY)
  • Maintain and optimize existing test systems, including regression testing after changes
  • Conduct ad hoc testing and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and industry standards
