Requirements

• Strong experience in 300mm wafer handling design (edge grip, vacuum, kinematic support)
• Expertise in precision chuck design & compliant mechanisms
• Hands-on experience with FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, or COMSOL) for stress, modal, and contact analysis
• Knowledge of vacuum system design, leak-tight sealing, and helium leak testing
• Experience working in cleanroom environments (ISO 14644 / low particle design)
• Strong background in motion systems (linear motors, voice coil, flexures, precision mechanisms)
• Proficiency in GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, DOE
• Familiarity with semiconductor standards (SEMI) and wafer metrology (warp, bow, TTV)
