Production Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing systems are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of production schedule and distribution of work to assembly team
• Quality control and oversight of production quantity/quality to ensure efficiency
• Troubleshooting mechanical/technical issues related to assembly
• Working with management to identify needs and implement training for assembly staff
• Ensuring adherence to inventory use and tracking processes
• General production operations and management duties, as required

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of circuit board design and production
• Knowledge of thru-hole and surface mount assembly
• Experience in operating SMT machinery
• Soldering experience required
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience a strong plus
