• Manage the national email calendar for donor recruitment, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with marketing teams
• Oversee email content development, balancing various messaging types and adapting to blood supply needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing email marketing campaigns with a focus on increasing engagement, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools to interpret data and adjust strategies
• Expertise in email marketing platforms and working knowledge of HTML / CSS for email
• Portfolio required demonstrating past email campaigns with objectives and results
