About the Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven email marketing professional to manage customer retention initiatives for a portfolio of high-growth digital brands. This role combines strategic account ownership, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically proficient with Klaviyo and similar email automation platforms, and confident managing client relationships while driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leading regular performance reviews and managing project expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop retention-focused strategies that drive customer engagement, repeat purchase behavior, and long-term revenue growth
  • Manage campaign execution from planning through deployment, collaborating with internal creative and technical teams as needed

Campaign Development & Optimization

  • Build and optimize advanced automated workflows within Klaviyo, including segmentation logic, behavioral triggers, audience personalization, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Conduct ongoing testing of messaging, timing, creative assets, and promotional structures to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
  • Troubleshoot platform-related challenges, including integrations between email service providers and eCommerce systems

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor subscriber health, deliverability, engagement metrics, and retention performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyze campaign and customer lifecycle data to develop actionable recommendations
  • Translate performance insights into concise reporting for internal stakeholders and client-facing discussions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing in an agency or eCommerce environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Klaviyo and other email marketing automation tools
  • Proven experience building automated lifecycle flows and executing data-driven retention strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance to stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities effectively
