About the role
About
Our client is a growing multi‑service organization investing heavily in its customer data infrastructure and marketing automation ecosystem. They are creating a net‑new role to own the marketing automation stack and serve as the bridge between Marketing and IT/Data, translating business objectives into technical requirements and ensuring audience logic and measurement are clean, precise, and revenue‑aligned.
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot CRM (end‑to‑end workflows, segmentation, lifecycle)
- Own Redpoint CDP (launch + operationalization)
- Manage multi‑channel journey orchestration (email, SMS, direct mail)
- Oversee deliverability, domain health & inbox performance
- Govern consent (GDPR, CCPA, CAN‑SPAM)
- Expand MarTech stack as it evolves (CTM & beyond)
Success Metrics
- Full ownership of HubSpot & Redpoint within 90 days
- Improved segmentation precision + individualized journeys
- CDP fully launched and driving revenue use cases
- Strong cross‑functional alignment between Marketing & Data
- Sustained email health and compliance governance
Requirements
- 5–8 years in marketing automation / CRM / CDP ownership
- Deep hands‑on HubSpot experience
- CDP experience (Redpoint strongly preferred)
- Strong lifecycle and audience logic capabilities
- Experience embedding compliance into workflows
- Ability to translate marketing needs into technical specs
