Our client is a growing multi‑service organization investing heavily in its customer data infrastructure and marketing automation ecosystem. They are creating a net‑new role to own the marketing automation stack and serve as the bridge between Marketing and IT/Data, translating business objectives into technical requirements and ensuring audience logic and measurement are clean, precise, and revenue‑aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot CRM (end‑to‑end workflows, segmentation, lifecycle)
  • Own Redpoint CDP (launch + operationalization)
  • Manage multi‑channel journey orchestration (email, SMS, direct mail)
  • Oversee deliverability, domain health & inbox performance
  • Govern consent (GDPR, CCPA, CAN‑SPAM)
  • Expand MarTech stack as it evolves (CTM & beyond)

Success Metrics

  • Full ownership of HubSpot & Redpoint within 90 days
  • Improved segmentation precision + individualized journeys
  • CDP fully launched and driving revenue use cases
  • Strong cross‑functional alignment between Marketing & Data
  • Sustained email health and compliance governance

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in marketing automation / CRM / CDP ownership
  • Deep hands‑on HubSpot experience
  • CDP experience (Redpoint strongly preferred)
  • Strong lifecycle and audience logic capabilities
  • Experience embedding compliance into workflows
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into technical specs
