Job Description
Join our team as an Embedded Firmware Engineer and play a critical role in the development of innovative embedded solutions!
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality embedded firmware using C/C++, translating system requirements into effective architecture and code.
- Conduct unit and system-level testing to ensure the firmware is robust, reliable, and free of defects.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams in hardware design, software development, quality assurance, and project management to deliver seamless product outcomes.
- Engage in all phases of product development from validation, verification, compliance to production support.
- Interface with customers across multiple time zones to gather requirements and offer technical support, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of the curve by investigating and evaluating new technologies and standards pertinent to our product domain.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics or Computer Science.
- Experience: 5-10 years in embedded software development.
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Experience with bare-metal programming and FreeRTOS systems.
- Expertise in debugging using Emulators and JTAG/BDM Debuggers.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
- Proficient in using software version control and defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

Work Arrangement
Fully On-Site. You must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by leadership.

Hiring Range
Annual Hiring Range: $79,900.00 - $115,500.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
